Error handling of "DR" and "Procedure"

Hi all,

Please merge this idea if we already have.

I cannot find same one.

Board cannot detect the odbc/ole error even if SQL Error log we have when error occurred.

All most of customer need to error handling for their system. In their system, Board is a part of whole system and they need to retry when they have the error to avoid lack of data.

We should reduce manual operation as possible as we can to consider system.

Even worse, procedure will be executed to next step even if SQL error on the current step.

We should improve error handling feature for the customer.

This is the real requirement from customer.

Please consider this!
