Discrepancy in naming conventions between version 12.6 and 14.1

We have tried creating a data model in both Board 14.1 and Board 12.6 with the configuration as shown below. The FY should start in June. When we look at the naming conventions used for Quarters, there is a discrepancy in how it tags the fiscal year number to the quarter.

Secondly, when a fiscal year starts in Jun, the April and May months should be the last two periods of the prior fiscal year with quarters constituting Jun, Jul Aug as Q1, Sep, Oct, and Nov as Q2, and so on. But this doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Is this expected behaviour or a bug in the system?

I would be eager to learn how have people in past able to use correct naming for the quarters when the fiscal year starts from somewhere middle like Jun, not the usual first month of the quarter.
