trigger procedure on data entry for specific blocks only rather than any data entry

Hi, if possible could have a feature where the set trigger to run a procedure or any action would be enabled but only when data entry is made on certain blocks of the dataview only ? currently if any data entry is made the trigger is executed but a control mechanism would be nice where we could control on which block when a data entry happens, only then the trigger gets executed
