Get to know our Captains:

Lucas Charello has been working with Board at Kiwika for two years and also has a broad background in international project management acquired in the mechanical industry. His work philosophy is driven by making the user experience easier and more beautiful through improvements in ergonomics, processes, and performance and believes Board is the perfect playground for applying that way of thinking.

Lucas advocates for the use of Best Practices at every step of the development. "That is how we improve our teammates’ work experience! It's real pleasure to me when I look at my Board Application and feel like the job was done in the cleanest and leanest way."

When not at work, Lucas enjoys cooking, spending time with family, hiking, performing live (guitar and singing) and indoor sports (gym).

Thomas Ussling has been working with Board for almost 10 years, including 7+ years working as a consultant for Board Partner, BDG and 2+ years in-house as Board Lead Developer at Strato/IONOS. During that time, he's supported multiple projects in retail and finance with a focus on complex planning and applications. Thomas also considers data and statistics as a personal hobby, as well as beach volleyball.

Mindy Waltz leads the Academy team to design and develop courses, answer support tickets, and collaborate with stakeholders around the company to educate employees, customers, and partners about new features in Board and our organization. One of her favorite activities in the Community is participating in the Monthly Badge questions. When she is not working or studying for her PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning, she can be found hiking, gardening, baking, playing golf or pickleball, and hanging out with her dog, Walter.

Harry Sun is currently an S&OP Manager at Endeavour Consumer Health. In late August, he will be transitioning to a sister company— MasterPet— as a Senior purchasing specialist and BOARD Champion there to improve their system and train other staff to use BOARD.

With 20 years of experience in supply chain management, Harry has held diverse roles such as inventory controller, supply and demand planner, S&OP manager, and supply chain manager across various industries, including food packaging, printing, construction, electrical, and FMCG. His expertise extends to numerous ERP and planning systems, including BOARD. Academically, Harry possess a rich and varied background, with a Bachelor's degree in IT, a Graduate Diploma in Rural Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Agribusiness and Supply Chain, and a Master's degree in Marketing.

Shisong Guo is a System Engineer at NS Solutions Corporation, a system integrator located in Japan. During his approximately 20 years of work experience, he pent the first 10+ years in helping customers implementing ERP systems. It was challenging but customers didn't benefit a lot by only streamlining their business process. So, he changed his domain to help customers make better decisions, from which he believes customers can benefit much more. He now enjoys various EPM, AI and BI solutions—among them, Board is his favorite!

Sergi Fernández is a Business Intelligence Consultant with over two years of experience, specializing in the Board platform and proficient in various programming languages. He is skilled in developing robust BI solutions that empower organizations to make data-driven decisions. He excels at implementing comprehensive BI strategies tailored to clients' unique needs, and his expertise extends to troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing system performance to ensure seamless operation.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Sergi enjoys listening to a diverse range of music and working on personal programming projects, where he continually hones his skills and explores new technologies. His passion for learning and innovation drives his commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
