Entity 'Copy' feature should be made available, apart from the 'Replicate' feature.

I hope this IDEA finds you all good and helpful.

This IDEA concerns a simple feature that is currently not available in the Board application and making this available can help solving many issues related to the Incorrect reports and data.

Cause of IDEA: Many users use the 'Replicate' feature, thinking that they are just making a copy of the entity. This helps them create an entity that is supposed to be configured the same as another entity, except few fields. They do this to save time not expecting the entity to have any link with the actual entity. In such a situation, a duplicate of the entity is expected rather than a replicate of it.

Implementation: A 'Copy' button can be placed just beside 'Replicate' so that the user can assume the difference. A tooltip message can define both terms.

When a user selects/edits an Entity/Entities and clicks 'Copy', an exact copy/copies of the source Entity/Entities must be created immediately, with the suffix [C] appended to the original Entity name but as an Independent Entity with No Relationship (or else, it must ask to keep the same relationship as the original one or not).

Output: If a 'Copy' option/feature is provided apart from 'Replicate', users will use this Replicate feature only when required. This will reduce the chances of unexpected data in reports or any error that is caused by wrong/unwanted replicated entities.
