Would you be able to clarify what type of issues you are facing - are they connectivity related and/or something else? Are you able to restart the instance via the 'Platform Actions' section of the instance management page? You can search for an E-Mail with the title 'Your instance for the Board Academy course Level 300' - this E-Mail was sent when you registered for the course. On that E-Mail, there should be a link that takes you to the instance management page. From there, hit the 'Restart' icon :
Let me know if that helps solve the issues.

Sorry but it is still not working for me
Sorry for being annoying but every time I try and update my data, such as publishing sales data or updating the sales data, I keep getting these error issues.
Could we have a call and go through this?
