How to relaunch L300 course part 1?

Dear Team,

I have started this course but due to some client deliverables I was unable to complete it within 30 days. So my instance has been deleted. But now I have some time to complete it.

It is mentioned in the course that If we don't complete it within 30days we need to restart. but for my case I am unable to retstart the course. Once I am reclicking the setup instance button instead of creating a new environment it is navigatinf me to the old page and saying session expired.

If you guys please help me by getting my old instance back or creating a new fresh instance it will be a great help to me.

    Hope you're doing good!

    This is something that needs to be done by the backend support team. Please email support@board.com to get an extension for your training instance.

    You can Either set up a fresh instance and start from scratch or if there is an availability of the backups of the L300 part 1 Database till the chapter/lesson you've reached, the team will try to restore it on that new instance. This instance comes with another 30 days of validity.
