UI Layout creation

We have a requirement of having UI display with multiple dimensions of Product hierarchy (Vertical), Measures Vertical and Multiple dimensions of Calendar hierarchy (Horizontal) with collapse/expend both horizontally and vertically and editability feature. we also want to see Metrix at every product and calendar hierarchy collapse.

how can i create a layout like above?
