Allow the use of Temporary Cubes on Smart Import objects

The idea is simple: Allow the use of Temporary Cubes on Smart Import objects as we do for Data Readers. It should be possible to type the Temporary Cube name and load data into it. The Temporary Cube should be configured in the Trigger Procedure launched after a Data entry action.

Today, for the Smart Import object, we lack the capacity of precisely adapting the procedure selection according to imported data. That's why Temporary Cubes would be so useful here. They are already very reliable when loading data from Data Readers as they help us to adapt the selection and treat the data before putting it in the final target cube.

Also, this would free us from eventually adding "physical" Buffer cubes, leading to a lighter Database.

The idea came up during a discussion with @Etienne CAUSSE and when working on one of my current projects.
