Great work on earning those points! Before you can claim your reward, check your Advocacy Points in your profile to see what you qualify for. Go to your Community profile and scroll down until you see Advocacy Points (in this example, the user has earned 200).

Rewards Levels:

  • 500 - Gold
  • 1000 - Platinum
  • 1500 - Diamond

Browse the rewards catalog and select what you want:

Email customer_marketing@board.com to claim your reward.

Please note that after you receive your reward, your profile will reflect your new points balance.
