Can you extend my training area for course 300 part 1 and 2

Hi academy team.

I raised a ticket on October 30th and I still have not had that resolved. I see that my training environment expires today. Could you please extend it?

Hi Carlos, we have extended the training environment part 2 the new expiry date is 12/30/2024 for level 300 part 1 the training environment expired on 10/09/2024 hence we won't be able to extend it. We can reset the training environment and you can set up a new one. Please note when we reset the environment your progress in the training instance will be deleted.
