Hi- I am at step 14 trying to build a screen to visualize the loaded actuals data. I have added the tab object, and now I am trying to "Create and add the two Data View objects below within the tab object."

From the screenshot in the example, it looks like I need to be in the configure layout screen, but I cannot click on it, or anywhere.

Hi @Jon Linaburg ,

it looks like you've created the tab object on the screen and now you're stuck.

The tab is selected - you would now need to populate it with the appropriate dataviews (one for the units and one for the sales values).

The easiest way to do that is (if the tab is selected (which it currently in the screenshot seems to be)) just drag and drop the dataview object from the left-hand panel and drop it on the tab.
Each object you drag from the left-hand panel onto the (selected) tab object will create a new tab.

Sorry, I am not understanding. According to the steps, I need to Data View objects below within the tab object, and I do not see these data view objects… Are the objects my temporary cubes? I'm lost

Hi @Jon Linaburg,

Follow the below steps or the screen-recorded video link on how to insert data views into the Tab object.

Drag the tab object on the screen.
Select the same Tab object.
Check the left pane for Data view and drag it (Click & hold) into the Tab object that was selected.
