Enable Refresh MS Office Files procedure action (disabled from B11)
I would like to recover the Refresh MS Office files that was available in previous Board versions (till B10, it was disabled when B11 was released).
This action was used to refresh MS Office files in a specific location in the server, which was very handy to schedule an update of a set of files that contain Board layouts.
We use this functionality heavily in Board 10, we do have lots of files that have dynamic selections (for example, time selection for month-to-date changes daily), and run this action in out-of-office hours (unattended) to have our files refreshed and share with the wider organisation that do not necessarily work with Board client version (we have almost 200 users in Board, however these files are shared with >3,000 employees, and fully based on Board data!)
Hope it's easy to re-enable a functionality that existed in previous versions of Board and that will allow us to finally move forward and update Board to
benefit from newest functionalities!
