Deactivate the mouse over of the cartesian graphic of the category axis

Hello everybody,
I would like to deactivate the mouse over in a Cartesian Bar graphic.
I only found the possibility that the value of the Series won't be shown (deactivate the option Separator in the primary axis).
It should be also possible to deactivate the category axis.
