Level 200 - MULTIPLE ENTITY SELECTORS

Hello everyone,
I am working on a report and I'm required to have many SELECTORS on the screen. However, having too many selectors on the screen leaves me with very little room for the actual report(data view) and makes my screen look too crowded.

Is it possible in board to configure a SELECTOR object such that it displays ENTITY MEMBERS from many different entities?
OR
Is there a way to GROUP different ENTITIES and display their members in a single SELECTOR?

Hi @Walter ,

any selector object or pager will always be connected to just one entity, thus displaying the members of one entity, only.

Grouping is done by hierarchically relating entities to each other like in Product→Product Group→Branch.
So the selection of a specific Product Group will only display members of Product related to that Group. And each entity can only be part of one relation.

So, none of the options you are looking for is available.

If I were in your shoes I'd first of all ask whether all those entities really need a user interaction or wouldn't it be possible to preselect some of them. For the rest, if still necessary, I'd try to use a tab object, displaying the selectors on one tab and the data on a second or third.

That's not very user-friendly but having too many selectors on the screen isn't, either.

So you'll have to find a way in between, I'm afraid.
