Here are the instructions for the data view:
The only difference is the selections in the top left, which is from the next step in order to make it work, according to the instructions.
Also, if anyone can tell me how to copy just one tab and not the entire data table, that would be great. The instructions are not very clear on that.

Hi @Jon Linaburg ,
I think the main issue is that you are comparing sales to expenses
If you're looking at sales figures, both cubes should contain sales figures, the same goes for expenses.
The layout for the sales comparison should look like this
And the reason that your current dataview shows the same value for each product is due to the fact that the expenses cube lacks the dimension "Product".
Furthermore regarding the question about the copying of the tab—I must confess that I not really understand what you want to copy and can not. Perhaps it'll help to have a look at the manual regarding the tab object:

Thank you, that seemed to work! A couple quick points, the instructions never say to replace data block B, however they do for data block A, that is where I was missing a step.
Secondly, I want to replace only one tab when I copy the data model over.
In this case, the data table that I copied had 3 tabs, but the instructions said only to copy over LC. Every time I select and ctrl+c, it copies the entire table. If there was to only isolate and copy one tab that would be good to know.
THanks for the help

Hi @Jon Linaburg ,
there unfortunately is no way of copying just one tab of a tab-object. You would need to copy the whole thing and delete the unwanted tabs from it.

Good to know, thanks again
