Hello,

Im usingthe Excel Add in feature to create layout. However, how do we flatten the layout. In board we have the option, but in excel add in , is there any work around please.

Also is there any security option on the excel add in to prevent the user from changing the layout?

    Right Click on the data area, there should be a flatten within the right click menu.

    Hi Scott,

    When i click on switch to flatten, it should have been like this

    but it remains like this (note below was exported as excel add in from board) so im unable to flatten

    even when i export as flatten the total disappear !!!! Any idea please

    If it is a live Board Excel file (connected and using Add-In) you should have this option on the Right Click menu from the data view:

    That should flatten all nested entities. It flattens all entities unlike Web where you can pick the levels you want flattened.

    OK good. What about the totals. When flatten they are no longer there
