Enable direct entry of the row number in the ETL Data Reader

Hello,

Would it be possible to enable direct entry of the row number in the ETL Data Reader? This feature would provide a quick way to check our data and formulas, especially for large data sources (e.g., in my case, I have 200,000 rows).
