Level 300 Part 1 environment expired

Hi!

I checked Level 300 part 1's training environment and found it to expire on 01/01/2025 at 13:29. So I can extend the course's time for an additional 20 days.

Resetting or deleting the entire training environment can also be possible because I see the progress for Level 300 part 1 and its only till the 303 module.

Let me know how should I proceed ahead for this.

Hi,
I apologize for the incorrect information shared in the previous post. I completely forgot the part that post the training instance's expiry after 7 days the entire training environment is resetted. So at the moment extension is technically not possible but yes right now as the training environment is already reset, you only need to go back to the 301 modules and at the end of it you will see the "Setup now" option to setup a new Level 300 training environment.

This will grant you a fresh new start to the environment and also allow you 30 days of default time to complete the course.

No worries. However, I have tried to click the 'Setup Now' option again from the level 300 course but I still get the same error message.

Thanks for the confirmation,

It should now be done. Please try logging into Academy and register for the course in the next 5 minutes. Post that proceed with the same step and click on the setup option, it will take the next 5-10 mins for the environment to set up and it will be ready for you.
