In Cube : Force the usage of a Cube version in any screen object using a Layout

Idea
The idea is to add the option for force the version use in the Layout in Screen design editor Layouts
Use cases
- Any case where use an aggregated cube was create to achieve the same goal (without Data Entry on the block)
- Any case where you currently would use a Total By but you already have a version could be beneficial
- Any case where you would use a Total By but you need a Detail By too (Both features doesn't work well together of each other)
Replacing Total By feature in many case by this would be nice because you have more predictability when combined with a Quick Layout and the feature would be easier to grasp and execute for Power User in my opinion.
