    Hi @Bruno ,

    what you're referring to in your picture seems more like a bar graph. A bullet chart would rather display the series against a target which is not visible here.

    What you aim at could be achieved with two superimposed bar charts (one over the other). One would have its background colour set to transparent and display only top 1 values and use labels, the other wouldn't. Both charts need to have the same position and size to make that work.

    The result would look something like this:
