Entity recoding utility

We request to develop a utility dedicated to massive recoding of entities.

The business case is:

• Database already built and used, with hundreds of cubes in data entry or not loadable from external sources
• Source system ERPs require a recoding on key dimensions that are used in Board
• Necessity to recode the existing Board Database without impacting the current data

This utility should perform some recoding without having to extract - recode - reload all the database.
