303 Planning Expansion Forecast , Functional Question 1 (not yet answered)

I’m working on Board 303 - Forecast Initialization (functional question no 1 ) and followed the steps to copy PLN - DF - Sales LC and PLN - DF - Expenses LC from the Budget version. After running Initialize Planning, the Variance column shows 0, but in the functional test picture, it has values.

Did I miss a step that modifies the forecast values, or is there another process that applies adjustments? Any help is appreciated!

Could you please provide a screenshot of the DataView Layout Configuration page for the Sales Planning screen?

Additionally, I noticed that the month selector is set to 96/96 instead of 12/96. Could you share a screenshot of the Selection page? I've attached a reference screenshot below.

hi nial , i gave you the additional updated selector , i hope its help to solve the problem, it seems previously i hadnt changed it but now i already change it but the result is still the same , here is the selector :

Country = Sweden
City = Stockholm
Store = SE0001
Year = 2023
Month = jan - dec 2023
Currency = SEK

the other dimension are all selected

Thank you for your prompt response and I appreciate your efforts in sharing the details with the screenshots for our reference.

Based on the details you shared, the screen selectors appear to be correct. From the screenshot, it looks like the PY Actual and CY Actual data are identical, which is likely causing the variance values to show as zero.

Could you provide a screenshot of the Selector page (top right side)? For reference, I’ve attached a screenshot below.

Additionally, could you provide a screenshot of the Cube structure for PLN - DF - Sales LC and ACT - DF - Sales LC?

To do this, navigate to the Data Model, click on Cubes, search for PLN - DF - Sales LC and ACT - DF - Sales LC, and share a screenshot of their structure.
