Hi All!

We are currently implementing a new Data Warehouse with a direct connection to Board.

Now, my problem is that the DataReader does not always show the available tables and views from the Data Warehouse.

Within the Cloud Portal, I have set up the access correctly, and the test was successful. Sometimes, it works—I can browse the tables in the DataReader and successfully load the data into Board.

However, often when I try to run the DataReader, a quick pop-up appears, but after a few seconds, it finishes without updating the timestamp or loading new data. When I open the DataReader, it does not display the views/tables (see screenshot).

The strange thing is that sometimes it shows the tables, and sometimes it doesn’t, and I haven’t been able to find out what is causing the issue.

I’m also not sure whether it is related to Board or caused by the performance of the Data Warehouse.

Maybe someone can help my out!

    you can try disabling both of these options once and see if this helps:
