How to proceed with the installation of Board virtual environment?

Hi! I'm currently on training for L3 product support and doing Level 200. I downloaded Setup WebHTML5 and Setup Server

After installing the 2 documents on the image, I got this screen:

Do we have to start the service or do we have to install a previous license in order to proceed?

Hi, it looks lile your licence is missing.

Hi Luis,

The license path need to be configured and set… Click on Browse and select your license key.

I would also check the appSettings file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Board\Board WebApi Server\App_Data\config"

I hardcode the host to " <add key="host" value="http://localhost:80/" />"

How do I hardcode the host? Should I create a new file or overwrite a previous file?

Hi Luis,

Deselect the Enable Web service option.

Then try and start the Board Service, can you please check the event log to see if there are any error messages you can share.
