205 UK Data Not appearing in the Sales Planning screen + Initialize Budget does not work

Hello I am currently blocked on 2 problems currently:

First of all, In the Sales Planning Screen, no data appears in the different visuals when I select UK, see example below

What is strange is that is that in the Sales Actual screen, I can see the UK data,

Both tables use the same data cube in entry.
Moreover, I do get the data for IT in Sales Planning, so I don't understand what is happening,

This brings me to my second issue, that is the initialize budget procedure isn't working. when looking into the logs, I get an error. I have tripled checked that there were no discrepancies, and it had worked yesterday, but it now doesn't.
I currently cannot access the VM to add more screenshots due to this

After Reloading a few times, It seems that the second problem was caused by the VM, as the initialize budget procedure now works.
Concerning The UK data, it still doesn't work currently.

I checked the issue and it does not appear to be related to the data cube itself, as the UK data is visible in the Sales Actual screen, which uses the same cube as the Sales Planning screen.

Regarding the Sales Planning screen not displaying data for the UK, this may be related to either missing mapping in the layout, filters not correctly propagated, or potential selections affecting that screen only. Please go through the steps to investigate this further from the layout and procedure perspective.

I'm not sure about that approach, as when I was working on this section yesterday, i had the opposite happen to me, where I had UK data but not IT.
To try and fix that, I cleared all my cubes and entities this morning and I did get IT data, but lost UK. No filters or layout mappings were changed in between.
Unfortunately I won't be able to check if your idea pans out, as I started Part 2 of the course and it seems to have gotten rid of my first VM.
