Alternative to "Feed" for Banner Communications in On-Prem Version?

Hello everyone,

We are currently looking into the feature called Feed, which is intended for banner communications (e.g., displaying important messages from administrators to end-users, deploy notes etc). According to the this link Feed , this feature is available in the cloud version of the system.

We are running the on-premises version (Bord version 14.2), and I'm wondering:

• Is there an alternative to the Feed feature for on-prem environments?
• How are other on-prem users implementing banner-style communications within the system?
• Are there any recommended workarounds or best practices for communicating urgent or important information to end-users directly within the interface?

Hi @Aline ,

You could use the chat function to inform all users on the platform when you're working onPrem—but that's somewhat cumbersome because all possible recipients have to be selected manually.

Another possibility would be the Broadcasting function, but that requires a separate license.
