It would be very helpful if there were logs that recorded the creation of new users, enabling evaluations of when users were created.

This already exists under C:\Board\Dataset\Log\Users where different logs appear, all in regard to users and security. I've seen files for:
Although the information in those logs may be insufficient, as it only displays the datetime, user/profile, and the username who made the change. It would be useful to have additional information about what changes were made exactly.

I've seen that too, but unfortunately there is only one log for user creation, which logs the very first user creations. I learned from our board contact that this was before the days of the Board Subscription Hub.
