Level 300: module 309: Technical error not able to submit the functional test options

I have selected the options but not able to submit the functional test answer. Please help me with this matter. I tried several times.

Hi @Yogeshwar,

I understand that you are unable to submit your functional test answers despite selecting the options and trying multiple times.

Please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt the submission again. If the issue persists, kindly restart your training instance by following these steps:

1. Go back to the 301 module and select “Set up your Board Training Environment.”
2. Scroll down to find “Set Up” and open “Board Training Environment.”
3. Continue scrolling to “Platform Actions” and click “Restart.”

This should allow you to proceed with your functional test.
