Andrea Sala has recently celebrated his first year at Board. With a background in physics and biophysics, he strives to bring analytical thinking into his role within the Board Support organization. As an L3 Support Specialist he values continuous learning and the stimulation of new challenges, while recognizing there is still much to discover and master along the way. While not at work, he enjoys playing drums with his band The Oxygen and spending quality time with friends and family.

With over 20 years of experience in technical training and learning and development, she believes that learning is one of the most powerful ways to solve business challenges and unlock potential—both for individuals and organizations.
Amy leads teams that design impactful learning experiences to solve complex problems, simplify advanced technologies, and meet real business needs. She’s inspired by the “magic moment” when someone masters a new skill and everything clicks.
