2026 Community Captains
Haley Vicini is the Director of Economic Advisory Services with Foresight at Board, based in New Orleans. She joined through the Prevedere acquisition, where she had been since May 2021. Haley leads the Board economist team and manages resourcing for Foresight engagements. She partners closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive adoption and strengthen the strategic positioning of Foresight, with experience primarily in the U.S. and growing globally.
An economist at heart with a focus on consumer insights, Haley is passionate about making economic data practical and actionable. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, exploring New Orleans restaurants and festivals, reading classic literature, and spending time with her family and her Labrador Retriever.
Danylo Pleshkov is a Digital Customer Success Manager at Board, focused on building scalable, data-driven journeys for Tier 4 customers. He works across Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to drive adoption, retention, and expansion through automation and AI-powered engagement.
Passionate about simplifying complexity, he leverages technology and insights to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. Outside of work, Danylo enjoys exploring AI tools, automation, and new ways to turn ideas into practical solutions.
Yuliya Berezutskiy is a Senior Consultant at Board with almost 7 years of experience, having worked across a wide range of projects with consistently successful deliveries. She brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to her work and enjoys partnering closely with clients to solve complex business challenges and deliver tangible results.
Outside of work, Yuliya enjoys playing the piano and singing, spending time cooking and hosting family and friends, taking on home renovation projects, and exploring new possibilities with AI tools.
Anastasia Vladimorova is a Board EPM Consultant at Quisitive with over three years of Board experience. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals, tackle complex business challenges, and turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions that deliver real value. Her experience spans implementations across Retail, FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Reporting. Anastasia is passionate about empowering users to get the most out of Board and build solutions that support their evolving business needs.
Outside of Board, Anastasia enjoys cooking, travelling, skiing, and exploring everything life has to offer.
Rob Mole is a Senior Consultant on the Retail side in the UK PS team. Rob brings wide experience in Retail Solutions Project Delivery having worked across various customer and supplier roles. Rob is always looking to keep up with the technology, learn, enhance skills and develop, whilst offering support to colleagues wherever he can add value.
Outside of work Rob enjoys sports especially Football and playing golf, as well as nice wine and time with friends and family.
Anis Abed is a Board EPM Consultant at Fastcube with a background in software engineering and three years of experience helping finance teams enhance their performance management processes. He works closely with clients to translate business needs into practical, technology-driven solutions across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and aviation.
He designs budgeting, forecasting, and performance management applications, and integrates Board with external systems through APIs and bi-directional data exchanges. As he expands his financial expertise, he focuses on building practical, aligned solutions.
Passionate about collaboration and continuous learning, he aims to contribute to the Board community through meaningful knowledge-sharing and peer support.
Robert Barkaway is a Solution Architect with over a decade of Board experience, having started out as a Board developer with a customer, after several years he joined Board directly and has worked on numerous deliveries of varying size. With over 25 years in the BI/EPM space he is a passionate advocate for best practice and intuitive design.
Outside of work Rob enjoys cooking, travel and single malt whisky.
Mirela Simion is a Senior Consultant at Board for over 4 years, enthusiastic and deeply focused on North Europe initiatives across Retail, Hospitality, and Finance. She's implemented a wide range of Retail projects, supporting end-to-end planning processes such as demand, assortment, supply, and financial planning, helping organizations turn complex data into actionable insights.
Alongside consulting, Mirela acts as a Training Coordinator and Instructor-Led trainer, with a strong specialization in data integration. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her skiing, dancing, or exploring the wonders of the world—especially remote UNESCO islands.
With more than seven years of experience in Customer Success, Robin Salk is passionate about partnering with organizations across a wide range of industries to help them achieve their business objectives and maximize the value of their technology investments. She takes pride in building trusted relationships that drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy, ensuring clients realize meaningful and measurable outcomes throughout their journey. She is energized by helping customers solve complex challenges and celebrating their successes along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, entertaining, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Neha Hasija is a Senior Consultant at Board with over 6 years of experience delivering solutions across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Retail Planning, and Reporting. She has contributed to a variety of client implementations while also supporting pre-sales initiatives, the Board Academy, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT), helping customers and colleagues build confidence and expertise with the platform.
Neha enjoys collaborating with clients to solve complex business challenges and delivering practical, value-driven solutions. She is currently focused on Retail Planning, where she continues to deepen her expertise in Allocation & Replenishment.
Outside of work, Neha enjoys staying active through fitness, yoga, cycling, and dancing. She also loves traveling and discovering new restaurants and experiences.
Eric Laurin is a Principal Solution Architect with Board with over a decade of experience in Board focusing in data integrations, finance transformations, and now dipping his toes in Retail transformations. Eric enjoys working directly with customers in whatever role is needed to generate successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, biking, reading, and playing softball.
