2026 Community Captains
Yuliya Berezutskiy is a Senior Consultant at Board with almost 7 years of experience, having worked across a wide range of projects with consistently successful deliveries. She brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to her work and enjoys partnering closely with clients to solve complex business challenges and deliver tangible results.
Outside of work, Yuliya enjoys playing the piano and singing, spending time cooking and hosting family and friends, taking on home renovation projects, and exploring new possibilities with AI tools.
Anastasia Vladimorova has been with Board for 2.5 years. In her current role as a Consultant she had implemented various applications from FP&A, Workforce Planning and Reporting. She also leads Instructor Led Trainings and is passionate about enabling users to plan and develop in Board. Prior to joining Board, Anastasia worked as an Implementation Consultant, Created a Prototype for a pricing tool, and had exposure to the Healthcare field.
Outside of Board, Anastasia enjoys cooking, travelling, skiing, and exploring everything life has to offer.
Rob Mole is a Senior Consultant on the Retail side in the UK PS team. Rob brings wide experience in Retail Solutions Project Delivery having worked across various customer and supplier roles. Rob is always looking to keep up with the technology, learn, enhance skills and develop, whilst offering support to colleagues wherever he can add value.
Outside of work Rob enjoys sports especially Football and playing golf, as well as nice wine and time with friends and family.
Anis Abed is a Board EPM Consultant at Fastcube with a background in software engineering and three years of experience helping finance teams enhance their performance management processes. He works closely with clients to translate business needs into practical, technology-driven solutions across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and aviation.
He designs budgeting, forecasting, and performance management applications, and integrates Board with external systems through APIs and bi-directional data exchanges. As he expands his financial expertise, he focuses on building practical, aligned solutions.
Passionate about collaboration and continuous learning, he aims to contribute to the Board community through meaningful knowledge-sharing and peer support.
Robert Barkaway is a Solution Architect with over a decade of Board experience, having started out as a Board developer with a customer, after several years he joined Board directly and has worked on numerous deliveries of varying size. With over 25 years in the BI/EPM space he is a passionate advocate for best practice and intuitive design.
Outside of work Rob enjoys cooking, travel and single malt whisky.
Mirela Simion is a Senior Consultant at Board for over 4 years, enthusiastic and deeply focused on North Europe initiatives across Retail, Hospitality, and Finance. She's implemented a wide range of Retail projects, supporting end-to-end planning processes such as demand, assortment, supply, and financial planning, helping organizations turn complex data into actionable insights.
Alongside consulting, Mirela acts as a Training Coordinator and Instructor-Led trainer, with a strong specialization in data integration. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her skiing, dancing, or exploring the wonders of the world—especially remote UNESCO islands.
