Which version of Board are you using?

I am using version 14.4 and i cannot reproduce you screenshot.

Here is

my dataview's layout, showing one cube
the dataview in design mode
in play mode: right-click → data shows the heading, not the cube name itself:

Actually the issue is :

At the Qick-Layout View of a DataView, its showing the code an not the column names like in the DataView when the block heading uses substitution formulas, e.g. @year.
