In our current version we don't have any direct option or through trigger a procedure to extract the Users and their mapped profiles from the front end.
If we have a such kind of feature, user can easily manages the licenses.
Hello @Vanam Pavan Kalyan , have you tried toe "Export User" button in Users list? Cause this shall export a list of all users and the assigned profile.
Regards
Björn
@Vanam Pavan Kalyan The current version only lets you export users and their security configs manually.
I doubt it will ever be available via a procedure, since that could pose a security risk.
Best,
Hello @Björn Reuber Thank you for responding to my idea. I have tried that option, but it can be access by the only developer license holder. But here I am looking for a Power user can have trigger option to export the user list from front end without direct access to system administration.
Hello @Fethi Zerara
Thank you for responding to my comment, I understand if we give access to system administration it could leads to security risk.
But if we have a export step in procedure and that procedure can be setup to button in the screen. Therefore, we can restrict the button to limited people using visibility.
You can create in your entities a user entity, then in the subscription hub you can use the option to synchronise the users with this entity.
Once you have done this, you can create a simple counter cube and make a dataview with your users.
