Couldn't find "design mode" to make changes in the capsule.

In the board platform for Wipro, I couldn't find the design mode to make certain changes in the already existing capsule. I have attached the screenshot for reference.

We understand that you are unable to see the Design Mode while attempting to make changes to an existing capsule in the Board platform.

After reviewing your query, the reason you are not seeing the Design Mode is related to the license type currently assigned to your user.

License Explanation

Access to Capsule Design Mode is restricted based on license level:

• Developer – Full access to create and edit Data Models and Capsules.
• Power User – Can edit and develop Capsules but cannot modify Data Models.
• User – Navigation only; Design Mode is not available.
• Lite – Read-only access (no data entry or design capabilities).
• User 15 – Same as User license, limited to 15 usage days per year.

Based on your access, your user is currently assigned a User or Lite license, which does not allow access to Capsule Design Mode.

Next Steps:

To make changes to the capsule, you will need:

• A Developer or Power User license.
• Please contact your Board Administrator who holds a Developer license, as only they can upgrade or assign the appropriate license to your user.
