B14 203: ACT - Units and Sales Data Reader problem

Hello,

I have a problem in the section mentioned above. There is one records not loading. I have already cleared and reloaded the Entities and also the Cube. How can I find out what is causing the issue? Can i somehow open the log file?

My name is Brian Walker. I will help you solve the issue.

I request you to clear all the entities and cubes, and after that, check the configurations again if you have set the max team number or other configurations, as mentioned in the course. After running the data reader for entities and cubes, check if any entity has 100% members.

Please check if this is all okay and if you are still facing an issue please let me know.

Hi Brian,
unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the issue.
I restarted the course for Board 12 and might do the same for Board 14 later on. At the moment the Board 14 course seems a bit “buggy”.

Hi,

I faced the same issue but when I checked back to members of entities, there are some entities (such as Product Category, Area, Store) don't have descriptions.

So after I filled in all missing descriptions and re-run ACT - Units and Sales Data Reader, it worked.
