SQL Data source connection issue On-Prem

Hi  All,

I'm trying create a new sql data source in board. so for that we have created a odbc and established the connection but

when we try to browse the data from data reader it showing below error. can anyone help me to fix this issue.

"ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The current state is closed."

H Vanam, okay, which driver is it exactly you're using? There's more than one different SQL driver so knowing the precise one will help, also what encryption and authentication methods are you using?

I am trying to connect SQL Server. and also I am using same user in both ODBC and data source of board.

still I am facing the same issue. Is there any way that we can fix this issue

Hi Vanam, what's the database you're trying to connect to? When you created the ODBC connection on the Board server were you testing with the same user you're now trying to connect as?
