Fit to page not staying

at our office, the finance team desks all have ultrawide screens that are 21:9 resolutions.

This creates a lot of issues for navigation in Board, because we have to keep on clicking “fit to page” everytime a new screen is opened or refreshed. It becomes unusable for users because the menu we have on the top of the screen won’t show subfolders until someone clicks “fit to page”, but then they click a new screen in that subfolder then the cycle repeats.

We need a way for Board to behave in such a way where, when the user clicks fit to page, that board remembers that setting.

Each Board screen and mask includes screen size and fit settings that can be configured as the default behavior. If your team needs to manually switch the fit mode to "Fit to Single Page" each time, it’s likely that the affected screens, or the masks applied to them, are still configured with the default "Fit to Width" setting.

It may be worth updating that default setting in design mode to "Fit to Single Page" and testing whether that resolves the issue. The screenshots below show where this can be configured. In the example shown, the first screen had a mask applied, so the setting needed to be updated at the mask level for the change to take effect.
