Intermittent Procedure Failures - 10.6 - Windows Client

Hello, I am wondering if anyone else is having any problems with intermittent procedure failures in version 10.6 as seen in the screenshot below.  The procedure works most of the time but these failures continue to occur.

The procedure is very simple:  It is more or less Go To Screen > Apply Selection to Screen > Refresh Screen.

 

The error message is misleading as I am in the Windows client, not the browser.  I also have received the error while on the server itself, so it is not a network issue as suggested.

    I confirm that I have this problem sometimes to with 10.6, but the customer uses the web client so it's "ok".
    Not sure what the message means though.
