Setting up security for hundreds of users

For a large number of users, is there a way to quickly and easily setup the security access rights rather than doing it one by one manually?

Is there a template that can be uploaded into BOARD or can we import a Windows Group?

Can you please send very detailed information and step by step instructions on how to do this in BOARD if it is possible to do so.

Hi,

as interested typ mentioned, the #Enterprise Security Management might be an solution. But for 350users you can also manage it within the normal one. Using the custome selection Script with @User Function (Database security concepts ) should also be suffeciant for managing different user Groups.

To Create the users you can use (as already suggested) the windows Group function (user will be automatically created on first log in). Otherwise you can also talk to your local support. Maybe they can assist you to create 350 Users using the Angry BOARD Test Tool.

You can use the windows groups, yes, see the official help
Instead of adding each user account individually, it is possible to add a Windows Group, then when a user belonging to the group connects the account is created dynamically. This option is particularly useful when having to manage a large number of users.
regarding user security management for large number of users, have you read the official topic ?
