Tracking User Data Entry

Question

Is there a way to track what users made a data entry? For Instance, I have a screen where users can put comments on specific lines of a financial report. Is there a way to show what user put in that comment? Other than going into the Cloud administration and looking at the logs. If not, I could always have them enter their name in the comment..

from cpsx log files you can see which user has done some data entry and in which report  ,

see picture, for a selected user I see that on 14/11 from 12:00 to 14:00 the selected user has done some data entry in the selected report

Hi Alex Todd,

the best way would be that users put in their name preceding the comment they are going to make. You can, of course, log the user's name and the time he/she made an entry but it's not so simple to log what they have entered because you don't have access to that information at the moment it is entered.
