Unable to install Office Add-In for Office 365

Hi, 

 

After upgrading the office version to 365. we cannot install Board Add-In anymore. Attached is the error message.
Please can you advise if Board 9.1 support office 365?

Dear Huanxiang Huang,

 

unfortunately you are right. Office 2016 / Office 365 in newer versions is supported starting with BOARD 10.

 

This because Microsoft changed something for the office registration in windows registry and BOARD 9.1 was devlivered before this change. Because of this the setup is thinking, that no compatible office is installed.

My concern is if the Board 10.3 is compatible with Office 2007 or 2010? From the Board online manual, I can only find that "Board Excel Add-In version 7.3 supports Office 2007/2010/2013. 

From the manual, we don't know if the Board 10.3 version is still supporting 2007//2010. 

 

Please advise.
