Alignment and hierarchies in Board 11

Hi all,

as in Board 11 the engine is taking care of the versioning I was wondering about the following scenario:

We have an entity customer and a second called customer group. They are connected in a hierarchy. Unfortunately customers can change customer group. In that case we reload that part of the tree.

Now if a cube would be versioned on the customer group, the cube would have to be reloaded or if possible aligned with a version on the customer.

Does Board 11 align the cubes automatically?

Hi Fethi Zerara,

these two entities need to be connected for aggregation and drill down purposes.

Of course I could create them both on top level, but that creates more work. I'd have to refresh the whole cube whenever I change the hierarchy.

Furthermore the amount of entities I can put on top level is limited.
