Dear Antoni Theodorou,
best case is using a second system (Test / UAT System) where you can host your database and capsule.
Using on the same system with different name we discussed on this Question:
Hope it helps

Can I create a new Database and then just hit "utilities" and restore from the original one?

Dear Antoni Theodorou,
this is not possible, the restore each time restores the database concerning the name it is saved in the board backup folder.

Okay so actually I have to mention I dont really know how to copy a existing database neither renaming one
So to copy our main database to setup our testsystem, you gave me the link to the renaming topic, but there we just talked about what happens after the renaming process not "how to rename".
Could we please go over the needed steps so I can learn that ?
I´m sorry for asking those simple questions, but I never had to do something like this.

Dear Antoni Theodorou,
sorry for the misundersoodment.
For renaming in general you can do the following.
1. Perform a Backup of the Database you want to rename
2. Go to the BOARD Backup Folder and Rename the folder e.g. from Databasename.hbmp to newDatabasename.hbmp
3. Now when you restore newDatabasename.hbmp you see a second database inside your BOARD Application.
For the case you are using security profiles please take care that the users also need access to newDatabasename.hbmp to get it work
Hope it helps

We are working in the cloud but the same should be possible if I rename my database in the azure cloud storage right?

that should work, you will see the new databasename when you try to restore. If so it will work.
