Problem with Transporter tool

Hello! To improve our deployment, we would like to use the Transporter tool on the DEV server. Every host is connected, but the "Compare" button doesn't work : no change/comparison appears. However, the two files _Dbimage are created, and the Transporter was run as admin.

Both database are different.

Have you already experienced this problem?

Hi,

seems that a DLL is missing. Can you please close the transporter and copy all files from C:\Program Files\Board\Board Server\Tools to C:\Program Files\Board\Board Server\HBMP Transporter

Hi,

I have succesfully connected to each host. I also see the databases that are present in both environments. Te next step would be to "Download DB Images". When i run this process, only 1 folder is being created, the DbImageDev.hbmp. This folder is also empty. Why isn't the DbImagePRD.hbmp folder being created, and why is the dev folder empty?
