What are the situations, during which board shows error " BOARD client is working in faulted state.

    there are a number of possible reasons for this behavior (defect database, defect or deleted screens, ...). Thus, it will be helpful if you could provide a little more detail about the steps you perform that lead to that message (e.g. opening screen xy, applying selection, ...).

    Dear swathi mp,

     

    I think the reasons Helmut Heimann send is enough for analysing the problem.

     

    In most cases the "Faulted State errors"  appear for the same reason.

     

    It would be more easy for us helping you when you send the actions you perform before the message arrives.

     

    One possible detail reason could be, when you perform Actions with selectors on your screen and the size of the selector is really small.

     

    But like mentioned in 99% of the cases the error arrives each time performing an action and it would be much easier when you send the actions performed causing the problem.
