    Hi Kundan,

Not an expert by any means on Cloud deployment but there is  a system admin which usually has the same address to access with a port number of  8443 like below:-

    https://XXXXX-s1.board.com:8443

When Board commission the site the clients side main contact is given emails with the registration for this. Then they can assign permission to you as a consultant to access this site as well. (in here you can setup the first Board user if required -**Note use firefox as I noticed with IE it didn't register the PW correctly)

User access is controlled in the same manner as a normal deployment if you are connecting up from your machine to the cloud to work then you just have to create the connection in the board windows client and ensure you have have the host name setup as XXXXX-s1.board.com and have secure and SSL ticked.

this should allow you in if you have the admin password.

Hopefully this will give you enough to get started.

    Regards

    Graeme

  • Hello Graeme,

Thank you for your time to reply. However I was looking for roles within board application who will have access. Example Admin will have access to all resources. Financial analyst will have access to financial data ,clerk will have access to data entry and roles based more than functional

    Thanks Again

  • Dear kundan Ghimire,

user roles and permissions available on cloud are the same available on-premise.

Check basic concepts security for an overview:
