Export pdf Board 10.3

Hello,

I'd like to know why i'm  getting this error when i try to export a PDF document from a dataview!

 

i have to mention that i'm getting this error on my App_data logq :

    Hello Fethi,

    You should submit a ticket to the support for such matters. I had a similar error and it was due to a dataview layout title that was containing a colon ":"

    Dear Fethi Zerara,

     

    error can be linked to special characters as said by Basil, worksheet name could not contain any following characters : : \ / ? * [ or ]

     

    Or can be link to missing requirements or configuration for Snapshotter service:

     

    - the operative system on the server machine is at least Win Server 2012 R2
    - .NET framework 4.7.1 installed there
    - the snapshotter service is correctly configured (http://help.board.com/Board_10.3.htm    ) and if you see "Board.Web.Snapshotter.exe" and "CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe" process are active from the windows task manager.
    - check if the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package is installed on the server machine. In case install it https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=40784
