Cannot start Board Services

Please help!

 

I cannot start Board Services. On Event Viewer getting the error message:

Starting Core Service on port 9700, 9702... Cannot start Board 10 Server. Original cause: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted"

 

Our Staging environment is still working and it uses the same Communication port.

    Fixed by restarting the rebooting the server. According to Board Support "This error indicates that the previous stop Service action did not complete successfully so it hasn't released the ports as it should have"
