transaction data server error

When I try to drill down to the transaction data of an entity, I get this error message, and it does not really tell me what the actual error is:

 

Would this be something wrong with the drill-through protocol for transaction data, or more the layout of the screen? Thanks

Hi Todd,

 

I assume that this is an error with your drill through protocol. Probably the selection from your screen does not work with the protocol. I recommend to go to the protocol setup and first of all try to browse the table. If that works, try to apply the selection from the screen and see if the sql statement still comes back with a result. You should also be able to see the error in the sql error log. You can see more about the error in there.
