Nexel Corssview Values disappears after Board engine restarts

Hello Team,

 

We are using nexel Crosview function for displaying value in single dataview from different layouts , its working fine initially as per the functionality but as soon as the board engine restarts all the values are disappeared and we are facing really tough time getting them back on our Crossview again.

 

Could you please tell us what could be wrong.

    Hi Garry,

     

    I have tried to replicate your issue by creating 2 dataviews and configuring a NEXEL calculation on the second.  I then reset the BOARD host Server, not just the BOARD service, and found that the model performed exactly as expectedon CLIENT and WEB.  Is it possible that you are testing only on a desktop CLIENT installation in DEV mode and not refreshing the screen?

     

    I have attached the test model so that you can compare the configuration and hopefully diagnose your issue. 

     

    Please reply with any findings as I would be very interested to know under what conditions NEXEL might fail.
